Biosketch

Nikolaos Chatzis is a graduate of the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). His research focuses on the dynamic expansion of deep neural networks during training, aiming to increase their capacity and improve their performance. In parallel, he works on Computer Vision applications, particularly on 6D pose estimation of real-world and deformable objects. He has also studied the enhancement of Mixture-of-Experts network variants through load-balancing and information-guiding mechanisms, with the goal of improving their performance.
